Sidecar Coaching
Built for what you're carrying.
You carry a lot. Decisions. Teams. Expectations.
Even when everything looks fine on paper, it can feel like you're holding everything up—while quietly questioning what's underneath.
If success still looks good from the outside but costs more than you're willing to admit—this is for you.
This isn't performance coaching.
It's not therapy. Not consulting. Not a 6-step plan to optimize your life.
This is something quieter—and rarer.
A private, flexible coaching space built for people who carry a lot and don't have many places to say the real thing out loud.
You don't need advice.
You need someone who actually listens—and knows how to help you hear yourself again.
You need space.
To think without performing.
To feel without filtering.
To make decisions that feel true, not just smart.
Sidecar Coaching is for people navigating real tension:
Decisions with no obvious right answer
Leadership transitions you can’t talk about yet
The quiet sense that what used to work… doesn’t
Identity shifts that aren’t public—or even fully clear
If you’re the one others rely on,
but you’ve run out of places to process honestly—this is for you.
How it works
No packages. No homework. No “here’s what you should do.”
You bring what’s real. We work through it.
Here’s what that looks like:
Up to 2 hours of coaching/month – use it however works for you: two 1-hour sessions, four 30-minute check-ins, or anything in between
As-needed voice/text support between sessions
Flexible scheduling to match real life—not a coaching arc
Structure:
3-month container
$1,800 total (no upsell, no gimmicks)
What to expect
This isn’t where you come to impress.
It’s where you come to think clearly, feel safely, and say the hard stuff without needing to justify it.
I offer steady presence, honest reflection, and space to think without pressure.
How to start
No discovery call. No funnel.
Email me at sean@nextedgecoaching.com. Tell me where you're at, and I'll tell you if I think I can help.
You don't need a breakthrough.
You just need a place where you don't have to hold it all alone.
