Edge Years™ Cohort Integration Lab

Shared structure. Personal momentum.

A six-week group coaching experience designed to help you turn ketamine insights into meaningful change—with expert support, peer connection, and space to process what’s shifting.

Different paths, similar questions.

Whether you’re navigating a major transition, questioning what’s next, or simply ready to move differently through life, this hybrid coaching container helps you make it real.

Who It’s For

  • You’re not looking to be “fixed.” You’re looking to move forward—with more intention.

  • You’re in a moment of transition: something’s ending, something else is trying to begin.

  • You’ve started ketamine therapy—or are planning to—and want structure to support the change you’re hoping for.

  • You don’t want a self-paced course or another webinar. You want conversation, perspective, and accountability.

  • You value thoughtful support, and you’re curious what’s possible with the right container around your experience.

Who It’s For

This is for you if you’re:

  • At a midlife or major life transition

  • Feeling stuck between “what was” and “what’s next

  • Tired of figuring it out alone

  • Ready to stop circling the questions—and start moving with intention

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a starting point—and a group that gets it.

What You’ll Get

  • Six 90-minute live group sessions

  • Expert coaching to deepen insight and build structure

  • Weekly tools and guided prompts to extend the work

  • Community support without the overwhelm

  • Optional 1:1 sessions if you want more personal depth

How It Works

We meet weekly for six live group calls.

Each session includes:

  • A theme-based teaching or framework

  • Individual reflection or journaling

  • Small-group or large-group conversation

  • Integration tools you can actually use between sessions

If you choose, you can add on two private coaching sessions for more individualized support.
