About Sean
I help Gen Xers figure out what they actually want—when life stops running on autopilot.
You've built a good life. A solid career, a family, a reputation. You've made the responsible decisions, shown up for everyone, and held it all together longer than most.
But now something's shifting.
The success you worked so hard for doesn't feel like enough anymore. The identity you built doesn't quite match who you've become. You're not in crisis. You're just ready for something that fits.
Most of my clients aren't looking for a complete overhaul. They just want to stop pretending the old story still works.
Coaching with me isn't about chasing breakthroughs or becoming your "best self." It's about making honest decisions in the space between what used to work and what comes next.
What I help with
Work that no longer fits like it used to Maybe it's fine on the outside. But something's shifted underneath.Whether you're craving more purpose, considering a change, or just want to show up differently in the work you already have—this is a place to figure it out.
Changing Together For when everyone's grown—but not always in the same direction. Because honest conversations are better than quiet resentments.
Next chapters without the clichés You're not done. But you're done doing it the same way. Let's find a way forward that reflects who you are now.
Why I do this work
Because I've lived it.
I help people who are too successful to complain but too smart to pretend everything's fine.
I spent years succeeding at things that no longer made sense—until I finally admitted I wanted a different life. Not a louder life. Not a better brand. Just one that felt like mine.
This work isn't about fixing people. It's about giving them room to think clearly about what they actually want.
A little more about me
I split my time between LA and Buffalo—the Airstream makes it easy to travel between coasts and be available for my aging parents. I'm an introvert who genuinely loves this work, probably because coaching feels like the deep conversations I wish I could have had when I was navigating my own transitions.
Want to work together?
No pressure. No pitch. Just an honest conversation about where you are—and what might come next.
